Standard items can be returned within 30 days of invoice.
Return Policy
You may return standard items purchased at LT Workwear for a full refund within 30 days from the date of invoice. To qualify, items must be in an unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition, in their original undamaged packaging and labelling.
Please read the categories below carefully, as return conditions vary depending on the type of product purchased.
π« Special Made & Fully Custom Items β Non-Refundable
Items that are specially made or fully customised to your specifications are 100% non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes any items made uniquely for your order. This is clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
β οΈ Made-to-Order & Decorated Products β Non-Refundable for Change of Mind
Products that are ordered in and decorated (e.g. embroidered or printed with your logo or design) are non-refundable for change of mind. These items may only be returned if they are confirmed faulty. Faulty claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to brands including Your Safety Factory and other made-to-order ranges. Return conditions are clearly stated in the product description on our website.
β° 7-Day Return Window β Specific Brands & Products
Certain brands and product types β including Your Safety Factory β have a 7-day return window from the date of invoice for both standard returns and faulty goods claims. This is clearly stated on the relevant product pages. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind β Standard Items
Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions and materials. Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning them. Any returned items remain your property and responsibility until they reach LT Workwear. A 25% restocking fee plus postage may apply.
Faulty Goods β Standard Items
Please contact LT Workwear who will advise and assist with the returns process. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
Refunds will only be made to the original account used for payment. LT Workwear will not consider requests for refunds after the applicable return period, unless the product is deemed faulty by our Customer Service Team.
