WHAT IS DYE SUB?

Dye Sublimation is a process for printing designed themes by injecting
colour and imagination into fabric. Chances are you have already got, or
seen, sublimated fabrics. Industries such as sports, events and fashion rely
heavily on this particular style.
With Dye Sublimation (referred to as Dye Sub) the graphics are computer
generated and transferred by printing to dye sublimated paper using
specialised inks which are then transferred through heat and pressure into
the fabric, to give you a unique piece of clothing with the image or pattern
embedded forever.

These garments are made in our China factory using the latest technology
dye sub printers and heat presses. Dye Sub can only be done successfully
on 100% Polyester fabrics which especially suits the Aussie Pacific fabrics.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS
OF DYE SUB?

From simple designs to complex photographic images, sublimation allows
for fully customisable designs with unlimited possibilities. The detail is
outstanding. Dye sublimation penetrates deep into the fibres, resulting in
a crisp, vibrant, permanent print. The process is currently the most ecofriendly
sustainable method of garment printing.

Sublimation is cost effective, with the ability to add as many colours and
logos as desired without additional cost. There are no set up fees, and
minimum order quantities are low. Pricing is dependent on quantity, so
the bigger the order, the better the price!

Sublimation allows for individual customisation, which means we can add
each member’s name and/or number so their garment is uniquely theirs!
Because the design of sublimation garments can be so flexible, it can
cover a huge range of clientele.
Whether it be for Promotional use, Uniforms, Sports Gear or Fishing trips,
there are many options to fit the field you’re looking for.
